Here’s an air purifier that does more than just purify your air and it looks good doing it.  It’s for while you’re at your desk, so if for some reason you think the air needs filtered through while you’re at your desk.  Plus in addition to filtering the air,  it has an open container area that you could use for various things, such as using it as a container or even using it as a flower pot.

World’s Fastest Remote Control Race Car

Designed by 46 year old Nic Case, this RC vehicle is currently the world’s fastest remote control car, capable of achieving speeds of up to 161 miles per hour. The RC car has an 11 horsepower engine and uses a 12 cell battery pack as a fuel supply. Nic is already drawing up plans to improve the top speed to break the 200 mile per hour speed barrier.

iPod Mini Rebuilt in Australian Red Cedar

Australian graphics designer Josh Darrah is the man responsible for this rather stunning case mod, which saw him gut his iPod Mini and reassemble it in an Australian red cedar case with brass finishings.
Perhaps the most stunning feature, considering the fact that it is made from wood, is the perfectly carved wooden click wheel. The case was carved by hand with a little help from Darrah’s trusty Dremel, and he added an improvement to the mix in the form of an on-board iTrip FM transmitter.

Sony DVDirect VCD-MC6 lets you record HD video without a PC

In terms of form factor, the VRD-MC6 is roughly 60% smaller than the MC5, but has a 2.7-inch display as opposed to the old 2.5-inch version. The display can be used to preview videos and up to 6 JPEG files at a time. Carrying on with JPEG files, those stored on Memory Sticks, SDHC, xD, USB drives, Sony camcorders and digital photos, can all be written to DVD with the MC6 regularly or in slideshow format. Photos can also be used to create menu screens for video discs or users can choose from four preset backgrounds.

Bike-Car looks pretty zoned out

this strange looking Bike-Car from Italy that looks as though it was conjured from the very same mind that thought up of the fictional Frankenstein? Clearly the designer was confused enough that he could not make up his mind as to design a motorbike or a car, ending up with this weird amalgamation. Hopefully there will be a detached version of this in the future, letting the bike disconnect from the car segment whenever one is faced with a traffic jam.

Now you can own your very own mysterious box.  It just sits there, a square piece of plastic, not even appearing to be anything the slightest bit interesting.  After spinning the little box, it reveals a total of 4 USB ports that were previously concealed.  It’s a neat little trick, there’s not a ton of point behind it, but it keeps things interesting.  You could justify it by saying when the ports are tucked away it keeps them protected.  Of course the truth is that it give you something to fiddle with when you’re bored out of your mind at work.

The ports come in two different colors, you can purchase it in either the green or the orange.  Tragically there isn’t a plain black version, if they did, then you could have a mysterious black plastic box.  Of course the down side with this design is that the bulkier drives probably aren’t going to work with this.  The USB drives that have the normal shape will work just fine though.  You can purchase the hub for $12.

He grabbed the keys to his moms Taurus and began to drive himself to school! The 6 year old kid made it surprisingly far considering he made it over a bridge, and had to make several 90 degree turns.

But, like you would have guessed, he crashed eventually, into a electrical pole just less than a kilometer away from his school. But after he crashed, it wasn’t his ending point. He got out of the car and began to walk on foot. He didn’t make it to school though, someone caught up with him before he could and the police are currently charging his parents for child endangerment.

When police asked the kid were he learned to drive, he confidently said, on live television, he had learned from playing computer games, such as Grand Theft Auto, and Monster Truck Jam, and he had driven with his head out the window so he could see. Now maybe kid do learn something from video games after all?

During the creation of Windows 7, it was assigned a codename, it was codenamed Blackcomb and Vienna. Now i think that’s pretty cool. The Microsoft team began its production in 2007, just shortly after the release, and failure of Windows Vista. The actual release date of this new operating system is unknown, not even Microsoft knows, for it will only be released when it is flawless.

Microsoft have truly outdone their selves this time, Windows 7 is loaded with new features. Some of these features are as followed; A Touch Screen, Speech and Handwriting recognition, and so much more! Its interface is great as well with a nice slick design. Features such as easily drag and drop the most used programs into a bar on the bottom or the screen, and by moving your mouse down low and wider bar appears that shows all your tabs! Now that’s great!
